工作职责：Job Responsibilities
在为期12个月的实习计划中，您将在生产，研发，售后进行学习和进行改善项目，以深入了解生产，研发，销售等不同职能。
During the 12-month trainee program, you will learn and participate improvement projects in production, R&D, after-sales to gain an in-depth understanding of different functions requirement and challenge
该计划包括三个阶段，The program consists of three phases,

Build your foundation: You will join us to begin a week of training in industry knowledge, product knowledge, and professionalism.
Ø 探索新的视野：您将在选定的部门进行3次职能轮换，了解业务流程，行业特点及客户需求
Explore new horizons: You will take 3 functional rotations in selected departments to understand business processes, industry characteristics and customer needs
Ø 获得战略洞察力：您将参与一个圣东尼集团现行跨职能项目来解决实际问题
Gain strategic insight: You will be involved in an ongoing Santoni Group cross-functional project to solve real problems
参与圣东尼持续改善和数字化转型项目，包括流程优化，成本项目管理，数据可视化，自动化决策项目等，以推动创新与变革，连接业务战略与生产运营，提高效率与产出，快速反应客户需求，助力业务发展。
